July Favourites

We are already in August! It is a bit sad because we don’t have much time until we all have to go back to work or to school. However, I am still very happy because I really want to enjoy these last days of summer. Actually, as you are reading this I am on holidays! I will probably talk about them in some future posts.

Also, July has been a great month. I have been working a little bit, and I have also passed my driving theory test, which makes me feel very proud! I have also bought a few items during this month that I really love, that’s why I decided it was time to write a monthly favourites post.

Avène Thermal Spring Water

This product is basically thermal spring water in a spray. It has anti-irritating properties, which is why I like using it after shaving because after-shave lotions are not really good for my skin (except some of them). You can also use it for sunburn, after hair-removal or even to help you remove your make-up. It is perfect for the summer, as when you apply it your face feels so refreshed! I definitely recommend this product.

Tanya Bakes

A while ago I bought Tanya Burr’s Tanya Bakes, which is her new baking book. I got a signed copy! Despite there are quite a lot of mistakes in the book, there are some amazing recipes. I still need to try a lot of them, but the biscuits I made (here) were delicious! I wish they solved the mistakes, it would really make this book a perfect recipe source. And the photos are amazing!

Pull&Bear Random Wash Drawstring Bermuda Shorts

I bought these shorts not long ago, but I am absolutely in love with them. They are very VERY comfy and I feel like they’ve got the perfect fit for me. I also love the fact that they are ripped, and you can even see the pocket through the holes. I don’t know, I just love them and they are quite cheap too, so they’re definitely a good option if you’re considering buying a new pair of shorts.

Vespa For Him

This is the cheapest fragrance I have ever owned, it costs around 8€. Of course, you are not getting the best quality, but its scent is very nice and refreshing. I really like it and a lot of people love its smell too. It won’t last for long, that’s the worst thing about it, but it’s something very common in such cheap fragrances.

Stranger Things

I am obsessed with this! It is a TV series from Netflix that you will never regret watching. It only has eight episodes, but the directors have already announced that they’ll be doing a second season. I honestly can’t wait for it. You can watch the trailer here, and I am quite sure you’ll end up watching the whole series in a day!
