Pancake Day

Pancake Day

Today is Pancake Day! This is the first year I kind of celebrate it. I say kind of because I am not eating any pancake today, but at least I ate some on Sunday! My mum and I wanted something sweet to eat in the afternoon, and we agreed to make some pancakes.

The recipe we used is exactly the same as I used for my American Pancakes. This is Jamie Oliver’s recipe and it is my favourite pancake recipe. They are very easy to make, so you must definitely try this at home!

What we changed were the toppings. As you probably know, I can’t live without chocolate. That is why I decided to have some Nutella with my pancakes. At the top, apart from the Nutella, I also added some caramel (just in case it was not unhealthy enough, you know haha). Just to make it a little bit more beautiful, I added some sprinkles on top too. My mum instead of caramel she added some whipped cream.

I hope you are having a nice Pancake Day! If you decide to make some pancakes, be creative! I would love to see some of your creations so you can share the photos with me if you want!

It makes my mouth water (I don’t know if it’s correctly said). I wasn’t hungry until I saw this, I hate you :’)
